**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented Landscape Design & Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs while also actively engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences to drive sales.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in landscape design and sales.
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in design software such as DynaScape, AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop creative and practical landscape designs that meet client requirements.
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Estimate costs for landscape projects and provide quotes to clients.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and secure repeat business.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to work outdoors and lift heavy objects if necessary.
