**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Lead Outdoor Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing outdoor carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with a focus on outdoor projects
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
- Leadership skills to supervise and train junior carpenters
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Interpret and follow blueprints to meet project specifications
- Construct, install, and repair outdoor structures such as decks, fences, pergolas, and gazebos
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences
- Supervise and mentor junior carpenters on the team
- Ensure worksite safety and compliance with building codes
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines

**Additional Requirements:**
- Certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is a plus
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to operate power tools and other carpentry equipment efficiently
