Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Lawn Maintenance Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in a job well done. The ideal candidate will be punctual, hardworking, and preferably have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns using power equipment
• Perform general landscape maintenance (weeding, blowing, debris removal)
• Assist in seasonal cleanup and mulching
• Operate equipment safely and maintain tools
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Communicate with team members and supervisors effectively

Qualifications:

• Dependable and on time every day
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience in lawn care a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
