**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with commercial clients to drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively meet client needs.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a commercial or B2B setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must possess horticultural knowledge of NE FL landscapes
Must be familiar with pesticide and fertilization techniques and programs
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Hit sales goals for enhancement work on Commercial accounts
Conduct regular Quality Assurance Visits and detail enhancement opportunities as well as deficiencies in service.
