Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team in delivering high-quality lawn care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew in performing residential and commercial lawn maintenance tasks
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns as needed
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety practices
• Maintain daily job logs and communicate with management
• Ensure timely arrival at job sites and adherence to the daily schedule

Qualifications:

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• A valid driver's license is preferred (clean driving record is a plus)
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with commercial lawn care equipment is a plus
